- going to Lake Powell twice
-a trip to Durango/Silverton, Colorado with my grandparents and oldest cousin. We rode the cutest/oldest train ever,
-New Mexcio for the the 4th of July with my parents. We sand Neil Diamond kareoke (sp?) with the whole town (all 30 of them) and showed my dad's aunt and her family we can have fun without getting drunk
-24th of July with Kurt's family hiking, eating, and enjoying warm nights in Beaver out on the porch
-and spending time with my cute husband any chance I could while he was home from a fire
But i'm not going to post all of those things because we are approaching October and I need to start posting things that are happening now. Kurt is living in Logan while i'm living in Cedar. I miss him so much throughout the week but have I mentioned how much I LOVE teaching.
Sidenote: I think student teaching is kind of cruel. They make you get attached to 26 kids for 30 days rip you from that class and put you with 30 new kids to get attached to. Then rip you from those kids 30 days later. Rude.
My 3rd grade class is so precious and I have loved teaching them everyday. I'm so glad I decided to become a teacher. Pat on the back for me :) I've also missed living in Cedar. I would be ok with settling there when all is said and done and raising my family in that cute town.
Fall is here and I'm loving it. Football, colored leaves, pumpkins, sweaters and boots, corn mazes, and Halloween. Fall comes in at a close second to summer when it comes to my favorite seasons. You better believe Kurt and I are going on a fourwheeler ride up Manti Canyon to see the leaves changing. It will be fun to experience Logan in the fall too. It's so pretty in the summer I bet it is equally breathtaking in the fall. Logan is ok I guess. If it wasn't so blasted far from both our families it would be better. I do like our apartment, our ward and all the shopping so it will do for now. Well those of you that are reading this (if there is anyone) thank you for checkin up on us and reading this post. I'm sure you have better things to do so thank you. Here are a couple pictures of our summer.

My cousin Kimmy next to the cute train that I took 8 million pictures. Notice the cute conductor as well.
New Mexico visiting my great uncle Chuck and great Aunt Jean for the 4th of July
This is how it's done in the country. It's called a pitch fork fry. I thought they were kidding.

*I regret to inform you that I, sadly, did not take any picutures of the 24th of July. This is a very sad and deeply troubling thing.
