October

Well I'm due for an update. Just when I do really good at posting regularly our computer cord decides to burn its self up and now we can't charge our computer. We will be getting a new one but who knows when that will be. As of now we borrowed a friends to get some talks written for church tomorrow and I thought I might as well get caught up while I can. I'll start with October. And i'm going to keep it short and sweet because i'm over Halloween and Thanksgiving and in full on Christmas mode. We went to a BYU football game and invited Kurt's parents to come with us! Of course the one time Maddax decides to cry and scream is right before half time. We couldn't get him to stop so we left early. I felt so bad because I know Kurt wanted to stay. BYU played Utah State and Kurt is an Aggie now so he was excited about the game.

But I guess it's OK that we left the game early because the next day we went to Frightmares with  good friends of ours from Cedar. And it was so much fun.

  ^^^Kurt's best Zoolander face^^^
We had a little monkey at our house for Halloween and he was the cutest monkey I have ever seen. There was also some pumpkin painting.

I think Kurt's is so creepy with it'eyes dripping.

We also went to Park City with my family. Kurt didn't go because he was studying. We had a lot of fun swimming, and shopping! Maddax loved the water!

What he's not wearing a swim suit??? Oh right we didn't have one so he just in a swim diaper. Real classy.

Here is my little man at four months. So happy.

September

September was a month full of football! We love football at our house. Especially since my little brother is a senior this year so we are trying to get to as many games of his that we can. Kurt is going to Utah State so of course we have to support the Aggies at every home football game. Also, my parents are MAJOR BYU fans so they have season tickets every year. When they can't make it to a game they usually give us their four tickets. But we went to that game in October so that will be in the next post.

I want to write some of the things about Maddman right now that I love.
-He has the sweetest smile and giggle that melts me in an instant
-He is SO chubby. He has the chubbiest cheeks, thighs, and hands.
-Big, bright eyes that are a deep blue.
-He is so alert. He just soaks up his surroundings and takes it all in.
-Making eye contact with him while he's eating. Those big blues can almost put me to tears.(Can you tell i'm obsessed with his eyes?) Sometimes when we make eye contact he will pull away and give me a big grin.
-When you put his binky in he traps your hands like he doesn't want you to move your hand. So cute.
-If we are laying down while he is eating, getting ready for a nap, or just playing he will touch and explore my face the entire time.
-He loves his daddy.
-Anytime we take off his pants he moves his legs so fast like he is running.
-He is a flirt. He already flirts with the nurses at all of his checkups.
-He loves it when I sing to him. And I do not have a good singing voice so this amazes me.
-He is so so good at the babysitters. He has won her heart over as well.
-He sleeps with a binky, Brutus the Bear or Marcell the Monkey (yes every stuffed animal needs a name) and with the blanket up the side of his face. I walked in his room to find him like this. I had a heart attack for a split second with suffication coming to mind first but I had to snap a quick picture. He pulled the blanket up over his face and I about died when I saw his little toes sticking out. I could just eat those tootsies!
-Such a morning person. He is all smiles when he wakes up.
-Yells at his toys when he can't fit them in his mouth. It is hilarious.
Overall he is such a good baby. Kurt and I say everyday that we are spoiled with such a good baby. He is a good sleeper, eater, and traveler. We wouldn't be going to all these football games if he wasn't such a good baby. We love our Maddman. Can you tell?

USU Homecoming parade. The parade was early so we rolled out of bed and went to it. Don't mind the hat and lack of makeup!

My hand is the creepiest in this picture...

Pound it. If this picture doesn't make you smile, you can just get out of here.
*PS sorry to all my Facebook friends who have already seen most of these pictures. This post is probably pretty boring for you.

August

The first of August we went to Beaver and Kurt's entire family was there. This happens once in a blue moon so it was really fun to see everyone. It was a packed house and his poor mom was worn out with all the cooking and cleaning and playing with grand kids. She is wonder woman. Maddax is grand kid number 25 so there are a lot of kids on the Marchant side of the family. It is a blast. Maddax was blessed on the 19 of August and we didn't get very many pictures of it because I was really sick. We moved back to Logan on the 22 and we are liking it  a lot more this time around. We love where we are living and I'm loving my job. We have a great baby sitter that watches Maddman for 3 1/2 hours a day while I'm at work. We went to a USU game and Maddax was really good. We learned he loves football. We loved August. August was good to us.

USU played SUU and I had to support my Alma Mater even though they got creamed.

 I forgot a blanket so he's laying on a burp cloth :)
